"I think Mr Hester himself is a good man, but someone over there does not do their job correctly. Three years after my divorce I am still getting bills in regards to vechiles that are no longer in my name. Each time I speak with Ashley, there is some reason she claims that I AM supposed to receive a bill due to x, y, or z reason but not once has she apologized for the issue or suggested a way to help resolve it. If there is something that we need to do, a simple explanation would be welcomed. At this point having to call that office builds up so much anxiety that it makes me sick. I will not lie, when I call I am already frustrated and over the situation, but I am sick and tired of getting bills for something I dont owe, for things that aren't mine due to a divorce I didn't want. Ashley's job when taking my call should be to: Hear my question (why am I receiving this bill?) Answer my question Help resolve the issue. If she can't resolve it, direct me to someone who can. I hope in the future to not have to call that office for anything, but if it is needed I hope whomever takes my call is better at finding resolutions to problems."
